WordsUp is developed by GuDev Apps. This policy explains what information the app and this website may collect, how it is used, and how users can manage privacy choices.

Information handled by the app

WordsUp stores learning progress such as selected languages, learned words, favorites, scores, streaks, and practice history. This data is used to keep the learning experience consistent inside the app.

Some features, such as pronunciation practice, may use microphone and speech recognition functionality when the user chooses to start that feature.

Analytics and diagnostics

WordsUp uses Firebase services such as Analytics and Crashlytics to understand app usage, diagnose crashes, and improve reliability. These services may process app information, device information, diagnostics, and usage events.

This website can use Firebase Analytics to count visits and page views after the website Firebase configuration is added.

Advertising

WordsUp displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may process device identifiers, approximate location, ad interaction data, and other data required to serve, measure, and protect advertising. In regions where consent is required, the app asks for ad privacy choices before serving personalized advertising where applicable.
